About SpiderFoot.app

A clearer way to review public-source intelligence.

SpiderFoot.app is a focused browser workspace for username, email, and IP investigations. It helps researchers collect public signals, organize results, and keep the limits of every finding visible.

Our purpose

Turn scattered public signals into reviewable leads.

Open-source intelligence often means moving between unrelated tools, inconsistent result formats, and noisy source lists. SpiderFoot.app brings several practical workflows into one interface so an investigator can spend more time evaluating evidence and less time managing tabs.

The service does not determine identity, intent, or wrongdoing. A matching username, email signal, or network record is a lead—not a conclusion. Important findings should always be corroborated with independent sources and interpreted in context.

Username research

Surface public profiles and account signals across supported sources, with links for direct verification.

Email exposure review

Check public account and exposure indicators while keeping source status and scan progress visible.

IP context

Review network ownership, ASN, geolocation, and routing context from Cloudflare-powered intelligence.

How it works

From identifier to evidence in three deliberate steps.

STEP 01

Enter an authorized target

Choose username, email, or IP and provide an identifier you have a lawful reason to investigate.

STEP 02

Run applicable sources

The workspace checks supported public sources and records progress, source status, and returned links.

STEP 03

Review and corroborate

Treat results as investigative leads, visit original sources, and verify material conclusions independently.

Responsible use is part of the product.

  • Investigate only for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes.
  • Do not use results to harass, discriminate, threaten, or bypass access controls.
  • Minimize collection, protect case data, and retain it only as long as necessary.
  • Verify meaningful findings before acting on them or sharing them with others.
